Balances sit on a segregated off-exchange ledger with MPC/HSM custody (FIPS 140-2 Level 3) and multi-signature withdrawal controls. The platform has been independently audited by BDO (89/100).
Are returns guaranteed? +
No. Returns are performance-based and vary between cycles. SourceX is a technology provider, not a financial institution, and capital is always at risk.
How is my performance calculated? +
Performance accrues daily, pro-rated from the day your strategy becomes active, and is settled automatically at each month-end. Locked packages auto-reinvest; flexible balances stay liquid.
Which assets and networks are supported? +
SourceX operates crypto-only, supporting major assets across leading networks (e.g. USDT/USDC on TRC20 and ERC20). Your account shows the exact options available to you.
How do deposits and withdrawals work? +
You generate permanent deposit addresses in your wallet; deposits credit automatically once confirmed on-chain. Withdrawals of eligible balances are processed after identity verification, subject to platform controls.
Do I need to complete KYC? +
Identity verification (KYC/AML) is requested when required — typically before your first withdrawal. It's handled securely through our compliance partner.
Can I verify my account statements? +
Yes. Reports are cryptographically signed (HMAC-SHA256) and include a public QR link so anyone — your accountant or auditor — can confirm authenticity.
