Last updated: 22 June 2026 · Please read these Terms carefully before using SourceX.
Investing in digital assets carries a high level of risk. Returns are not guaranteed and you may lose part or all of your invested capital. Figures shown in the platform are performance targets, not promises. Do not invest funds you cannot afford to lose, and seek independent financial advice if needed.
By creating an account or using the SourceX platform ("Platform", operated by SourceX Asset Management LLC, the "Company"), you agree to these Terms of Use. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You confirm that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you are not a sanctioned person or located in a prohibited territory.
The Platform allocates digital-asset balances into investment packages operated by automated trading engines. All investment carries risk. You acknowledge and accept that: (a) returns are not guaranteed; (b) displayed rates are targets that may not be achieved; (c) market conditions can cause performance to be lower than shown, zero, or negative; and (d) you may lose some or all of your capital. The Company does not provide personalised investment, tax, or legal advice.
Deposits are accepted in cryptocurrency only (USDT/USDC on supported networks). There is no bank or fiat deposit option. You are solely responsible for sending the correct asset on the correct network to the address generated for you. Transfers sent on the wrong network, with the wrong asset, after an address has expired, or to a reused address, may be permanently lost and are your responsibility.
Each package is a committed allocation for a fixed term. The minimum commitment period is one (1) year. Capital allocated to a package is locked until the end of its term and cannot be withdrawn early, except where these Terms or the Company expressly permit. Mid-term top-ups are added to the allocation from their effective date and are not applied retroactively. Package parameters (term, target rate, minimums) are set by the Company and may differ between plans.
4.1 Exit and withdrawal-notice window (flexible packages). This Section applies only to flexible (non-fixed) packages; fixed packages remain locked for their entire term and cannot be exited early.
Withdrawals are paid only to crypto addresses you have saved and locked in your profile. To comply with applicable anti-money-laundering ("AML") and counter-terrorist-financing ("CTF") law, the Company operates a verification process as set out below.
5.1 Verification may be required. The Company may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require identity verification ("KYC") and enhanced due diligence — including, without limitation: government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address, a selfie or liveness check, source-of-funds and source-of-wealth documentation, and proof of ownership of the destination wallet.
5.2 No payout without approval. Where verification is requested, no withdrawal is processed or released until that verification has been completed and approved by the Company. A withdrawal request remains in a held/pending state until approval; submission of a request does not create any entitlement to payment before approval.
5.3 Holds, refusals & freezes. The Company may delay, hold, partially release, decline, or reverse a withdrawal, and may suspend or freeze an account or balance, where: verification is incomplete, expired, or fails; submitted information is inconsistent, inaccurate, or suspected to be false; activity appears suspicious, fraudulent, or linked to money laundering, sanctions, or other illicit conduct; a sanctions, PEP, or watch-list match arises; or where required by law, regulation, or a competent authority or court order.
5.4 Reporting. Where required by law, the Company may report transactions or accounts to the relevant authorities and may be legally prohibited from disclosing that a report has been made ("no tipping-off"). The Company may also be required to withhold funds pending instruction from an authority.
5.5 Your responsibilities. You must provide accurate, current, and truthful information, keep it up to date, complete re-verification when requested, and ensure that all funds you deposit originate from lawful sources and belong to you. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
5.6 Timing & limits. Verification times vary depending on the checks required and third-party providers; the Company is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate submissions. Withdrawal windows, minimum and maximum amounts, network/processing fees, and any cooling-off periods set by the Company also apply and are shown in the Platform.
The Company may charge fees disclosed in the Platform. Users may earn referral commission across configured levels of their sponsor chain; such commission is calculated on the referred user's performance, is deducted from that earner, and is settled under the Platform rules. Commission is subject to the same no-guarantee principle and to unlock conditions where applicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Company's place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The Platform operates as a private contractual service between you and the Company. Nothing herein constitutes a public offering of securities except where expressly stated and conducted under the applicable regulatory regime. You are responsible for your own tax obligations arising from any gains. Where any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms remains in force.
The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through the Company's support channel. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration seated at the Company's place of incorporation, conducted in English, save that either party may seek injunctive relief for misuse of confidential information or intellectual property. You agree to raise claims on an individual basis.
You agree not to: use the Platform for unlawful purposes or money laundering; attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the systems; use bots or scrapers against the Platform; or knowingly publish false statements of fact about the Company that you know to be untrue and that cause it harm. This clause does not restrict your right to make truthful statements, to voice genuine complaints, to report concerns to a regulator, or to provide information to authorities — those rights are expressly preserved. The Company may suspend an account that breaches this clause, subject to applicable law and the user's right to a fair process and to the balance held in their account in accordance with these Terms.
From time to time the Company may announce a securities offering, public listing, or token sale ("Offering"). Any Offering is subject to a separate offering document and to the laws of each applicable jurisdiction; nothing in the Platform or in marketing material constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities where such an offer would be unlawful. Participation may be restricted by residency, accreditation, or regulatory status. An Offering carries its own risks, including total loss, illiquidity, dilution, and the risk that the listing does not occur. Announcements are not a guarantee of a listing, price, or valuation.
The Platform may provide exchange or asset-conversion features. Prices, spreads, and quotes are indicative and can change rapidly; execution is subject to market liquidity and is not guaranteed at any displayed price. Digital-asset prices are volatile and conversions are generally irreversible. You are responsible for reviewing the rate and details before confirming any conversion. The Company is not liable for losses arising from market movement, network congestion, or third-party liquidity providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for investment losses arising from market performance. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
The Company may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
